It is now possible to transfer game account data between devices with different operating systems.
To transfer, you will need both your ID and a Device Change Code. Once you have these, you can take the following steps to move the data to a different device.
<Step1> Issuing a Device Change Code
1.On the current device, issue a Device Change Code by tapping [Others]->[User Info]->[Device Change] ->[Issue Device Change Code].
2.The Device Change Code will be sent to your in-game message, so please take note of your ID and Device Change Code.
<Step 2> Inputting the Device Change Code
1. Install Panzer of Alice on the new device.
2. When you first launch the app, tap the [Change Device] button.
3. Enter the ID that you wish to transfer as well as the Device Change Code issued in <Step1>.
4. When the Data Confirmation Screen is shown, check that the ID, In-Game Name, and other data are correct, then tap the [Confirm] button.
5.The transfer will complete.
※ Please be sure to restart the app.
◆ Transfer Warnings
- When the transfer is complete,the Game Data from 1 on the old device will be initialized.
- If Rune Stones purchased before the transfer process are not showing, please contact us.
- Please be sure to perform these transfer steps in a location with strong reception signal.
◆ Device Change Code
- This is very important information used during game data transfer. Please be sure to save this in a note.
- Please do not give this information to another party or make it public. The operations team will not be responsible for losses incurred by this.
- Device Change Codes are valid for 1 weeks from the issue date. (Example: A code issued on 10/4 11:00 AM will be effective until 10/18 10:59 AM.)
